One of the great pleasures about opening up about your struggles is the enormous amount of love you get back. I have been hearing from so many people from all areas of my life over the last 24 hours. Some I have not spoken to in years, some who are facing their own enormous challenges. Some people are even people I have never met. It is truly a gift. Never hesitate to reach out to someone you think may be in a dark place, even if it looks like on the outside they are doing well. If they are facing personal, professional or medical challenges, chances are they feel very alone. I know I did.
