About Me

Boys, boys, boys!

I am a mother, wife, writer and founder of The Perfect Provenance, a new art inspired retail concept store that will be based in Greenwich, CT, where i live with my three boys, husband Mat and our sweet golden retriever Corduroy.  We will open in May, 2016 at 47 Arch Street in Greenwich. We invite you to learn more about  The Perfect Provenance on Twitter @TPP1640; Pinterest @theperfectprovenance or Facebook/The Perfect Provenance.

Prior to founding "The Perfect P', as we've started to call the company, I was a PR girl for more than 20 years managing my own firm, Lisa Lori Communications, a lifestyle PR firm in New York City and Greenwich, CT.  I am especially excited about my new adventure because it combines all of the things I love in life -- culture, fashion, beauty, food and philanthropy in one place.  I can't wait to unveil it and hope you like it.

In addition to this blog, I write frequently about parenting, children, travel and lifestyle topics. I have contributed articles to several different websites including Huffington Post, KD Hamptons, Fit to Inspire, babycenter.com and more.  I have also appeared on as a travel and parenting expert on a variety of different tv shows including: the Today Show, Fox & Friends, NY1, Good Day LA, and many more.  I am currently on the advisory board for Greenwich Magazine.

I am a passionate advocate for the disabled especially children. I was honored with the Open Hearts Award in 2012 from the Open Heart Foundation, the Light A Fire Award from Moffly Media and the Founders Circle Award with my husband for our volunteer work on behalf of Operation Smile including a project called The Three Little Bears (www.operationsmile.org/bears), named after my three children Zachary, Luke and Griffin (Del) Lori.

Finally, I am a West Coast girl living on the East Coast and still complaining about the weather after more years living here than I can count.  I am also a dog lover, brownie eater, amateur cook, runner and travel lover (not necessarily in that order).  I hope you enjoy my writing, I welcome your comments and encourage you to #triggerhappiness whenever and where ever you can.
